History of Kawyawrpho or Monu Manaw


 Welcome to our Monu Manaw Land to visit with us.


Kayawrmonu or kawyawrpho is small tribes of kayah or Karenni nation. They live in the west of kayah state on the mountain a little far from Loikaw Township. The population of Kawyawrpho or Monu Manaw is around two thousand. They want to do their own language a new script that base on Karen and Kayah script.


             This is the picture of some Kawyawrpho or Monu Manaw people.

 They are the bible school student as well as the future leader who will rise up and take the responsible in their community


















 Now is a good time for us to prepare ourself  to be a good leader in the church.
 We are welcome all the people to us and feel about our nature beauty land.

              Be a modern running at all

Objective; To overcome the poor
                   Improve the old and create a new

Plans; Preparation for the work of literacy
           Awareness program


Our Monu Manaw

This is the picture of our Monu Manaw from loikaw city, Mine Lone Quarter. Every the end of month they have fellowship worship program place to place.


Purpose: To unite all our monu manaw people in loikaw city as well as to know ourself who we are.

Here:  The message given by the Secretary of Taw Khu Diocese during the Christmas time at 14. 12 .2013  



     We are the small tribes from many tribes but we don't need to give up for at all. we must know ourself that we are Mo Nu Mo Naw tribes. Actually, we are a small group but by the grace of God we can say and show our identity by our language, traditional dress and culture.
